Return Policy for Apparel Orders Purchased Online

You may return your purchase 30 days from purchase date.

Clothing Returns Policy

All clothing must be in new condition. Return of clothing that has been washed, worn or has any odors or stains will not be accepted. All tags must be attached and in the original packaging. Returns by mail must include an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted (use the label provided). Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective. Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Triple Voodoo is not responsible for lost packages. If for any reason you need to return your clothing, please keep it new, clean and with all tags attached.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Returns sent to us must be sent with all relevant information and sent to the correct address. Returns must be sent to the attention of the relevant department. This information will be supplied to you in the correspondence following your email to us at our returns department.

Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment. Triple Voodoo is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service Department immediately at sales@triplevoodoobrewing.com. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we can assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please include your order number in the email and a phone number we can contact you on. Please include a detailed description of the damage or defect in your email with photos if possible. If your item arrives damaged please take photos of the damaged package and include them in your email.
